Most people want to know what good for other people, rather what is specifically good for them as an individual. In my view there is a considerable variability between individuals.
For people with illnesses there is documented variability - for example, which is worse for someone with diabetes - boiled rice or ice-cream? Actually for many sufferers, it is boiled rice!
And we are talking about known conditions. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in April 2018, though I have good reason (symptoms) to believe that I have had it since at least the 1980s.
