I'm not so sure that capitalism needs to be rethought, as much as the legislators need to do their job.

YouTube plays the game according to the rules - and while YouTube profits, there may be little changes - and a continued dodging of responsibility.

Trouble is, nobody is setting the rules to this global problem.

(I think we agree about where the real issue is.)
